Foundation Models for Protein Design
Pre-training for Molecular Property Prediction
As a research intern at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry (Munich), I work on foundation models for protein design, supervised by Dr. Dexiong Chen and Prof. Karsten Borgwardt.
The focus is on developing and optimizing pre-training algorithms for foundation models applied to molecular property prediction, bringing large-scale representation learning to structural biology.
